This workshop is ideal for beginners to intermediate-level artists. In this workshop, participants will:

Closely Observe and Measure: Study and measure specimens and photographs with precision.

Translate Organic Shapes: Learn to capture the natural forms of plants in your drawings.

Experiment with Mediums: Use graphite, pen and watercolour to bring your subjects to life.

Play with composition: Explore different ways to arrange your subjects on the page.

Incorporate Microscopic Details: Use a microscope to examine and draw the minute details of specimens.

Plan ahead: Choose your next project to work on at home and discuss potential layouts for your future artwork.

This workshop requires students to bring some of their own equipment. A materials list will be provided upon enrolment.
